How the ingredients work

Passionflower is a medicinal herb commonly used to provide relief from occasional sleeplessness, nervous tension, anxiety or restlessness. Research suggests that Passionflower evokes complex activity within the central nervous system, which accounts for its documented tranquilizing effects.

Valerian has been used to ease insomnia, anxiety and restlessness. Numerous human clinical trials conducted on Valerian have shown positive results in supporting restful sleep.

Hops is a herb that has been used to support deep and restful sleep, a healthy response to stress and promote relaxation.

Californian Poppy is a Native American plant used as a calming agent. It is known to calm the entire nervous system.

Jujube is a tree that originates from China where it has been cultivated for many thousands of years and researchers believe it to aid in prolonged sleep.

Lemon Balm is believed to reduce anxiety and promote deep sleep.
