    Product can be returned for a full refund as long as it is within 6 months of the purchase date and is unopened.

  • Q:When is my Vitopack delivered?

    A:

    Your Vitopack is delivered every 30 days to your door. When entering your delivery address, use the address you will be at during business hours.

  • Q:Can I order condition specific products separately?

    A:

    Yes, you can order separate Condition Specific or General products as once off purchases. However if you select one of our monthly Vitopacks, the products are at a reduced rate and delivery is FREE.

  • Q:How can I track my order?

    A:

    Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email that contains your tracking number and contact details, for the courier company.

  • Q:Do I have to personally receive my order?

    A:

    No, whoever is at the selected delivery address can sign for your order and receive it on your behalf.
